Make sure you use a mobile number you have regular access to — it is used for account verification and withdrawal confirmations.

Go to the Login page and tap the "Forgot password?" link. You will be guided through a reset process using your registered mobile number. If you no longer have access to that number, contact our support team directly via the email listed in the footer and they will verify your identity manually.

No — each player is allowed only one active account. Multiple accounts tied to the same mobile number, device, or payment method are not permitted and may result in all associated accounts being suspended. If you have accidentally created a duplicate, reach out to support immediately to have it resolved without penalty.

Log in to your account and visit the Profile or Account Settings section. Basic details like display name and email can be updated directly. For mobile number changes — since that is tied to your security and withdrawals — you will need to verify ownership of the old number first, or contact support if the number is no longer accessible.

JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically instant — your balance updates within seconds of completing the transfer. Raast transfers usually arrive within a few minutes. Bank transfers can take between 30 minutes and a few hours depending on your bank's processing speed. If your deposit has not reflected after 2 hours, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method. Generally, the minimum deposit starts from PKR 200 for mobile wallet methods. Maximum limits are set per transaction and per day to help players manage their spending. Full details for each payment channel are listed on the Deposit page.

Withdrawal Questions

Log in to your account and go to the Withdrawal section in your dashboard. Choose your preferred method — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, or bank account — enter the amount, and confirm. Withdrawals are sent back to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. Make sure your account details are verified before your first withdrawal.

Most withdrawals via JazzCash and Easypaisa are processed within 1–3 hours. Raast transfers typically arrive the same day. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours depending on your bank. During peak periods like PSL season or major cricket tournaments, there may be slightly longer processing times — but our team works around the clock to keep things moving quickly.

Common reasons for a pending or declined withdrawal include:
  • Account verification not yet completed
  • Active bonus wagering requirements not yet met
  • Withdrawal amount below the minimum threshold
  • Payment details entered do not match the registered account
  • A security review triggered by unusual account activity

Bonus & Promotions Questions

After registering and making your first deposit, the welcome bonus is usually credited automatically to your account. In some cases you may need to enter a promo code during registration — check the active promotions banner on the homepage for the latest offer details. The bonus will appear in your balance or a separate bonus wallet within a few minutes of your deposit clearing.

A wagering requirement means you need to bet the bonus amount a certain number of times before you can withdraw it as real cash. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you need to place bets totalling PKR 10,000 before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds. If a match is officially abandoned before completion, all unsettled bets on that match are typically voided and your stake is refunded to your account balance. For postponed matches that are rescheduled within 48 hours, bets usually remain valid.
