Terms and Conditions – Super Pak Gaming Platform

To register and use Super Pak, you must meet all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted for you personally.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person, business or entity.
• You do not already hold an active or previously closed account on Super Pak.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion or cooling-off restriction on this platform.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

Each player may hold one account on Super Pak. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. Super Pak will never ask for your password via any communication channel.

• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration. Providing false details is a breach of these Terms.
• You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you authorised that activity.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify Super Pak support immediately.
• Super Pak may require identity verification before processing withdrawals or if unusual activity is detected on your account.
• Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period may be subject to dormancy procedures. You will be notified before any action is taken on a dormant account.

All financial transactions on Super Pak are in PKR. Deposits and withdrawals are processed through supported channels including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers and cards.

• You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the platform at the time of transaction.
• Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa typically credit within minutes. Bank transfer processing times may vary depending on your bank.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements.
• Super Pak does not charge deposit fees. Any fees levied by your payment provider are your own responsibility.
• Funds deposited into your Super Pak account are for gaming use on this platform only and may not be transferred to other users.

Super Pak offers a range of game categories including Live Casino, Sports Betting, Fish Games, Bingo, Slots and Betting markets. Each game category may have its own specific rules, which are displayed within the relevant game or section.

• All bets once confirmed are final. Super Pak does not accept requests to cancel or modify a bet after it has been placed.
• For sports betting, including Cricket, PSL, T20 and Football markets, results are settled according to official match results from the relevant governing body.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game session, the outcome may be voided and any stake returned to your account balance.
• Super Pak reserves the right to void bets if there is evidence of irregular betting patterns, technical errors in odds or market manipulation.
• Live Casino games are hosted by third-party providers. Their specific table rules apply in addition to Super Pak's general Terms.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are displayed before play commences. These limits may change at Super Pak's discretion.

Super Pak runs various bonuses and promotional offers for registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time of each offer.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds and expiry dates are specified in each individual promotion's terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated. Depositing while a bonus is active may affect how your deposit is allocated.
• Super Pak reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational use. Any player found attempting to exploit bonus structures through systematic or coordinated play may have their bonus voided and account reviewed.
• Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available to new accounts only — one per player, household and device.

Super Pak expects all players to engage with the platform honestly and in good faith. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture and permanent closure:

• Opening more than one account on Super Pak under any name, email address or payment method.
• Using software, bots, scripts or any automated tools to interact with or exploit the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, especially in Live Casino or sports betting markets.
• Attempting to deposit or withdraw using payment methods that do not belong to you.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or financial crime.
• Misusing promotions or exploiting bonus structures in a way that is inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt or interfere with the platform's systems, game integrity or other players' accounts.

Super Pak is committed to providing a safe, enjoyable environment for adult players. We take responsible gaming seriously and encourage all players to maintain healthy habits around their gaming activity.

• Always set a PKR budget before each session and stick to it, regardless of the outcome of individual games.
• Gaming should be treated as entertainment — never as a way to recover financial losses or generate income.

• Players may request a cooling-off period or self-exclusion through Super Pak support. These requests will be processed promptly.
• Super Pak is an adult platform. If you are aware of a minor attempting to access the platform, please notify support immediately.

Super Pak collects and processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

• Personal information you provide during registration is used to manage your account, process transactions and verify your identity.
• Super Pak does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Transaction data may be shared with payment processors such as JazzCash and Easypaisa as necessary to complete transactions.
• You have the right to request access to the personal data Super Pak holds about you. Contact support to make such a request.

Super Pak provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. While we work to maintain platform stability, certain situations are outside our control.

• Super Pak is not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, internet connectivity issues on the player's end or disruptions caused by third-party payment providers.
• In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect game outcome or odds display, Super Pak reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
• Super Pak does not accept liability for any indirect, consequential or special losses arising from use of the platform.
• Players are responsible for their own gaming decisions. Super Pak does not provide financial, legal or gaming strategy advice.

Super Pak reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion. Common reasons include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or other financial misconduct.
• Operating multiple accounts in violation of the one-account rule.
• At the player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting Super Pak support. Any remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal after standard verification, provided no Terms breach has occurred.

If your account is closed due to a Terms breach, Super Pak reserves the right to withhold any bonus-derived winnings and to review your balance before processing any withdrawal.
